Your part of the plan

A little preparation keeps the hour focused on the children.

Prepare the space

Provide tables, chairs and an indoor or properly sheltered activity area.

Keep a sink nearby

Confirm practical water and cleanup access before the instructor arrives.

Have one adult present

A responsible host remains available for the full program and manages general party behavior.

Protect the activity window

Plan food, cake and other entertainment outside the agreed 60-minute science block.

Not included: food, cake, decorations, venue rental, general party supervision or cleanup unrelated to the science activities.

The activity must run while children eat or move between attractions

Party FAQs

Know exactly what you are requesting.

The package is deliberately clear so the day does not rely on assumptions.

Is this a science show?

No. There are interactive demonstrations, but the core experience includes a hands-on investigation so children participate rather than watch for the full hour.

Can you entertain more than 16 children?

The published package is capped at 16 because every child needs meaningful participation and a take-home creation. A larger guest list requires a different plan and is not automatically accepted.

Do you provide the venue or decorations?

No. The host provides the location, tables, chairs and normal party setup. Food, cake, decorations and venue rental are not included.

Can the party be outside?

A sheltered, weather-safe activity space may work, but wind, heat and access can affect the materials. The final location setup must be approved before booking.

What about allergies or sensitivities?

Share relevant allergies, sensitivities and accommodations before confirmation. Activities and take-home creations are not edible.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

No. It is an availability request. The party is only booked after the location, timing, group size and required payment or agreement are confirmed.
